Is there an option to turn-off the notification?

is there an option to turn-off the notification to a post that you have commented on? I tried deleting my comment but i still get notifications when some other person comments. Please help.

The notifications up there can only be done by going to app manager then turn off notification settings.
In-app ones have their own place in Sololearm settings

As @Jamie said, press the little star in the bottom left hand corner of the question. When you click it, the star with turn from blueish to grey. Every time you post in a question (even if you've already posted in it before) you are automatically notified to the thread.
