What is the easiest codeing language to learn?

between javascript, Java, c++, c#, and all of the others, what is an easy first learner? I already know html and html 5, but those are super easy.

Yeah that could be a good idea. Ruby isn't a C-Style language So if you learn it, it won't be much of help in learning other languages maybe except for Python. Python and Ruby have a similar syntax and learning one will make learning the other one easier Ruby and Python are two of the newest programming languages and both are famous for their simple syntax. But Python is WAY more popular I guess.

c++ WILL make it easier to learn other languages, but C++ is known to be difficult and complex because of it's numerous features. I think you should start to getting familiar with the basics of C++ but don't go for it's advanced course. Pick a background. What kind of despondent you wanna get into? Windows, Mobile apps or Web? Choose between C#, Java and Javascript get yourself some experience in programming. After that, you might be ready to start the process of learning C++ advanced development, which believe me will take years of hard work and practice. And HTML is not a PROGRAMMING language, it's a just a markup language. That's why it's very easy.

JavaScript is very oriented web and java and c# are equivalents. Both easy to learn and grasp the basic concepts. C++ is a more advanced, you should look at it after ;)
