What is the different between "programmer" and "coder"?

oooooo sorry for the misunderstanding. in my opinion a developer can be a coder and a coder can be a developer. to me they are just labels. but as you can see it is a contentious area. people like labels

Canine is a subset of carnivores that does include dogs and other animals such as foxes wolves and some others that would surprise you. However I am not sure about the difference between programmer and coder either. If someone could enlighten us it would be very kind.

There isn't any difference between these words. In fact, the following words are very much interchangeable: - programmer - coder - developer - software engineer - code ninja - code monkey - hacker đŸ€“

I do like Hanselman's breakdown of the differences. However, the differences being presented in his article or the links in the other questions are interpretations of individuals rather than a universally accepted understanding.
