Which Platform is best to learn for developing android and/or ios apps

I don't think there is much differences in the platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac OSX) used for building mobile apps. However, for iOS apps, you will need a Mac to build your iOS app and run the simulator. This is the case even if you use Xamarin.iOS for Visual Studios on Windows. If you plan on developing for both iOS and Android, you might want to consider working on a Mac. This is one of the factors I considered when choosing the Mac as my primary development machine.
