You can write in Dart, but it'll convert into JS though

At the end nothing can replace Javascript. Browsers run JavaScript. That is unlikely to change. Many languages compile to Javascript though.

Yes, you can use Dart instead of JS If the question is directed towards which is more advisable, I think it depends more on you, your needs and the compatibility of the things you use in the development (I also do not know the compatibility between browsers for Dart). Keep in mind that some of these languages have a boom mainly because they solve design problems that may have JS in some cases, but really in some areas are not exactly necessary
