Honestly, just like at any point in time, it isn't a single language that'll be the future, it'll be a combination of languages that are best suited for whatever they're best suited for. It's hard to say what will be around in the future, so not much point trying to predict the language. Just pay attention to how things change and move with the changes so you're not caught off guard and under prepared. For all we know, it could be new languages that exist at that point, and ones we couldn't predict prior to their existence.

At this point, it's pretty clear that the future will involve a lot of AI, machine learning, virtual reality, robotics/drones, and things of that nature. I'd invest some time into at least learning what those things are and what they're about, it's a good indicator of the things to come.
