You're going to find that type of question is completely subjective to the individual learning it and their perspective upon things.
As Jay said perfectly the other day, "the very first one you learn." I couldn't agree more with that statement. The first one you learn will be the most confusing and will require you to learn the most new stuff. Afterward, most concepts translate between languages and you'll mainly be learning syntax at that point, rather than syntax + programming logic/concepts/theory/etc..
