[SOLVED] - Help with Caesar Cipher in C++

Question

I'm having an issue with a Caesar cipher program I built in C++. The code works perfectly fine if the user just inputs uppercase letters. However, when the user enters lowercase letters, the program doesn't work. The thing is, I know most of what the issue is, but I don't understand why I'm having the issue. The codes for uppercase and lowercase are identical, so I'm a bit confused. Can anyone help me out?
