You can use either C++ or C#. You can download this tool called Cheat Engine, (try and learning how to use it) this tools allows you to locate variable and pointer of application websites... You locate the pointer by inputting the value you want to change... after wards you will get the location of the Pinter or variable. By using either C++ or C# you can make a programs that changes that pointer value in a give speed or rate which will force it from changing as the code you have created is the resting it to the value you have placed to be.
