What is needed to be a web designer except html?

i wanna be a web designer so i started by html and i think java and css is needed also

To be honest. All of the courses on SoloLearn are good to nail down for web designers. Though some of them may not be needed, it is very good practice to become good in all aspects of programming. The main ones to have are: JavaScript; HTML; CSS; C++; C programming (in general); Python; and Java. Those are certainly a good start. My opinion is that Python and JavaScript are the best. Some other people might not agree with me on that though. C programming (or language) is a language that develops firmware or portable applications. I like C programming because it is what iOS and android software is made up of mostly.

Usually web designers will draw the page with photoshop and other tools like that. Then the web developer will actually build the site with html css and JavaScript.
