What is the good text editor for html, css, and java?

I recommend don't use text editor, much better is IDE ( Integrated Development Environment ). I use PhpStorm for PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. If you want coding Java code, maybe you try IntelliJ IDEA ( https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/ ).

Do you use Windows or Mac? I use Mac and I love the editor "TextWrangler".

I liked using Visual studios for Windows. Or just a basic text editor like Wordpad. â˜ș
