Problems using the Sololearn mobile app via a cellular network?

Has anyone been able to get their Sololearn mobile app to connect to the internet via their cellular network and not wifi?

If so, what did you do to get your app to work on your phone.

I've tried but have been unsuccessful to get it to connect. It currently works only on Wifi.

I've finally found the solution. my Phone has an internal network management app that I needed to check and allow Sololearn to use the internet.

I often use it on mobile network. It generally works fine, but sometimes shows 'Please check your network connection & try again'.
