How much time should I devote learning by sololearn per day?

I wish to learn like this → HTML+CSS>(followed by)JAVASCRIPT>either of C, C++, C# (whichever is useful for Java)>JAVA. Also tell me that which is useful among these three for Java??

I started about three days ago and I study in sololearn about 6 hours per day, but one hour per day is a good idea, as well. I recommend pick up two or three courses and complete one chapter per one or two day.
