What soft are you using for site/WebProgram creation? Who can advice a good web editor/compiler for PC? Must be simple in use and able to work with html, css, javascript projects.

I reviewed all the programs and I decided on my choice.
It's - Sublime Text 3.
I think it's good for beginners for it's simple and functionality and there are many plugins that can modify it in powerful tool for professional.
But discussion is open. What is your choice? And why?

When I'm working with websites, I prefer to use either WebMatrix 3 or Brackets. Both support what you're asking for and are easy to use / free. Brackets is probably better for beginners and is more lightweight than WebMatrix, but WebMatrix has a lot of features/tools that helps create a good environment to develop/test from your local machine before you put things into production.

I find that Dreamweaver really clogs up my computer so I use a text editor called Atom. It's fine for me

I have been using Sublime Text for about 3 months now and I love it!

For me personally I love Dreamweaver. I find it a lot lighter and faster than VS 2017 and I just like how it feels.
