Why would you choose html colors, compared to css?

in a webpage, wouldn't it be easier to organize the code by using only CSS colors? why would you use html?

Well, I guess colors are put in HTML tags because they expected people to see the HTML course before seeing the CSS course. This is not a good practice, though, but it's interesting to know you can theorically do that.

for me its easy to use html colors cause all i have to do is type the color i want. compared to trying to find the color code for a specific color. I mean CSS would be useful when im looking for something like neon or dark colors. Do you understand where im going with this?
