not necessarily. ...a master...no....you can make a game with basics . like the number game where a number is hidden and you shall discover it using trial and error method...whatever you type...the computer returnes "too low" or " too high"....that was my first c++game....i tried many others like the chess and sudoku (mouse input included)....so..keep learning and you should be able to make better games
