Yes but I STRONGLY recommend you to use ANDROID STUDIO which is an IDE made by google.It's absolutly better and more powerful than eclipse.Google now doesn't support eclipse anymore.

then you need to download the Android ADT for Ecplics throught eclips plugin settings
