i strongly recommend the udemy course learn java 8 step by step, course its only 12 dlrs right now. usually 200 dlrs

if you are familiar to programming languages such as c or c++ then Java is much easier for you to understand. if not, solo learn itself provides number of languages including Java and JavaScript. if u want to learn Java in detail you can plan to read books specially for beginners.
J2SE- Java 2 Standard Edition,
J2EE and J2ME are there as well.
I, personally, would suggest you to learn J2SE first.
