Custom module testing could fit neatly into learning (how the module system works, e.g.) but install ideas are probably best sent in the direction of Feedback / feature voting.

Note (from your keywords): sl4a is for Android and Python runs on Windows here. Basically someone would have to know how to use your code locally.
