if you want to learn to make web pages , you have to start with HTML , HTML stands for Hyper-text markup language and it's used to make the structure of a web page . HTML IS NOT A PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE . if you want to learn programming , you can start with python as a programming language , it's easy to write and widely used in several fields .

As far as i know there are several programming languages, for a wide range to which it can be applied. For instance I learned first C# because of my education. They chose C# since it is widely used, and it is object oriented. I also like making fully developed programs. Later on i chose to start learning python by using sololearn, because python is also a widely used programming language. What I actually want to say is that you have to choose for yourself which programming language, based on your own goals.
