Final Year Project Ideas for an IT Degree

Any ideas guys?
Perhaps something that's not that complicated yet, useful..
Something that involves C++ or Java.

A social networking app for your college that includes:
1.) Academic discussion
2.) Admission Queries
3.) Alumni section
4.) A time table section which sends notification to student and teacher accordingly for their lectures.
6.) A competition section(like quiz) .
5.) A dating section 😉

You can either combine these all in a single app or can make separate apps as well.
