Visual Studio Code for everything, it's just absolutely perfect.

Vim. Vim. Vim. But for debugging I use komodo edit. For programs using outside libraries or APIs, i use an IDE for autocomplete. Visual Studio, Pycharm, Netbeans for Java. Nothing yet for web stuff, but I have used Firefox's built in tools.
