What is the best text editor for websites?

i currently have brackets not sure it's the best

Sublime text by default does not offer any functionality like Live View But you can use the LiveReload plugin, which offers the same functionality (the disadvantage is that you need to install the extension in the browser)

what makes sublime text standout? ?? Does it support live view like Brackets? ??

i strongly recommend Brackets, it works with Google Chrome, quick code view, custom themes, +500 add-ons etc. also support web development languages (html, html5, css, scss, javascript ...).
