Is it a good idea for a startup company made of only guys to diversify and try employing more girls? Will this distract?
Do female programmers give startup companies additional advantages?

Employers should recruit employees based on their skills, expertise and other qualifications. Not based on gender, religion, race or anything else. Just my opinion.

Unfortunately, not all countries have such laws. I often get to see circulars with "Only males are allowed to apply" or "only for female candidates" conditions. And the job descriptions do not justify such requirements.

Why should it distract?! If they're great at coding of course it will be an enrichment.
