How do you use Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code for Ruby development?

I downloaded Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code. I know there are ways to use Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code to write, run, and debug Ruby codes. I just don't know how to do it or if I need to do some tweaking, and I have yet to find any guide or answer on the Internet so far.
