Should I do try to persuade my teacher to let me do this as a GCSE
To take computer science at my school we learn python(what I'm currently studying) for three years but you need really good grades in maths and English(I'm lacking maths grades right now) but I know how to code thanks to this app! I could try talking to him but no idea what would happen any advice?

Better question, why are you lacking on your math? Is it because you're on here talking to us or being distracted by other things when you should actually be focused on your math studies?
My advice is to take math more seriously and try to stay focused. Math is an important skill to know in life. Take the time to do what you need in math, and then pursue what you're wanting to do. Math is a requirement, so why are you trying to get around having to do it? Trust me, math is my least favorite subject, and the day that I decided to master my weakness, a whole new world of understanding opens up to you.
Do what you're suppose to be doing and you reap the rewards from it. When you don't, you reap what you sow.
