encapsulation means wrappering the class! properties and menthods inside the class are safe and secure we cannt access it from out side without creating object. Exact answer is hidding the low level details and show only the details which are need by the user or methods from other classes . so only most of the times properties are declared as private and methods are declared as public ! .... if u know more than this ... just share with us!
