What can be done by C but not C++?

i don't quite understand that..........
but actually C++ supports both low level and high level programing....its a mid-level programming language

so you can have hardware aimed code that run fast just as C

and you can have code for all kind of cool stuffs like making apps...web servers....game engines....operating systems.........
