the first answer is we don't know your skill level. the second answer is yes, unreal engine can make a game with the quality of farcry4.. but your talking about a game with alot of money and people involved

Here is a good article about some of the better games that were made with unreal engine 3. I believe they are up to unreal engine 4 now

I mean I have 5 maybe 6 people who want to build something together, all proficient in the language. I'm just debating on learning the language thoroughly and buying the paid version, considering that everyone is willing to put just about any amount of time into the project I think I should
