How to advance on c++ (or any code) after finishing the course?

I've Just finished the c++ course and i was wondering if anybody had some tips

Use the internet. Scour for knowledge. Find advanced courses for C++ online. Get HUNGRY! For C++ knowledge.

Practice. Find a project you like to work on. Find a site that offer fights/ challenges/ other people to competes with... etc.

My suggestion is to try some similar languages, like Java and C#, or try something different, like Python or Ruby. C++ is a language that covers almost very concept of programming in general, making picking up many other languages a breeze. Perhaps you'll find you like another language more than C++. For where to go next... learn about what you're interested in. If you want to make games, dive into something like Unity. If you want to learn about GUI (graphical user interface) development, learn some frameworks you can use (I'm not a c-oriented person, so I can't suggest anything).
