how to avoid mad when coding?

how to avoid mad when coding? some time i cant solve a some problem, my brain gotta sick. my blood pressure are increase. What should i do?

Communicate, reach out when you have tried to no success, as you did through this thread, maybe you get help from someone, yet even if, you still don't have a solution, you at least have spoken out, about your problem, and to the very least, it would ease your tension : )

Walking away is always a great technique. Often when I have a very large problem to solve or a very complicated problem I just step away and think about it. And quite often later that night I'll be watching TV or speaking with my lady and the answer just comes to me magically from nowhere. Something else that may help is learn some good debugging practices like printing your output for variables at the beginning of function calls and before the returns. This will help you identify the locations of errors or bad logic.

Instead of aproaching the problem as something that has to be done look at it as an adventure, a challenge if you wish. Instead of being mad at yourself for not knowing how to solve a problem be happy, because you have been given an opportunity to learn from your mistakes and that my friend is the best way to learn
