Python was the first language I learned. I used a book named " Learn Python the hard way " you could check it out. And also do the SoloLearn's python course, it will help you understand how the language work and the syntax. Then start creating some small programs, for example some math programs (given two numbers output the greatest one and stuff like that ). It depends also on what you what to do once you know how to program. I wanted to create some videogames so I started using the Pygame library to do that.

Neat. What game types do you plan to develop later?

for now I just work on some simple 2d games as a hobby,I also use a game engine called Unity but I can't do big projects since I'm not an artist so I can't create cool sprites, or 3d models and also it takes a lot of time :/

There is room around here many people don't code in SA. One day I Want To Develop My own open world game like Watchdogs

I'm from Italy. Sounds good. Making a game like watch dogs would take an enormous amount of time thought. If you have any doubts with unity and other things I will be happy to help you if I can. Good luck for your exams
