I heard that most developers know SQL,JavaScript and Java. Giving a picture that they may be the most required.

What do you mean by "marketable"? Language usage stats is different from one field of business to other. Most of financial and banking industry uses Java and c#. But even there someone need to create frontend so Javascript and html+css will be useful. If you want to get a job as a developer, check how many vacancies in your region for one or other language.
