Where can i go to learn new concepts in css and html?

Im looking for new ways to practice and ideas or things to try and code.(Challenges). Any help? Thanks!! Only javascriot i know is buttons.

2. Look at code people have created for ideas (don't just copy).
3. Practice based on what you learnt in 1 and 2 above.
