the answer greatly depends on the game. 2D games can be produced rather quickly if you have a good engine on hand. 3D games are quite a bit more comprehensive and require a lot more skill sets to complete. even in mainstream games it would be hard to use a reference since the size of the company's vary vastly

Depends on your skill and the type of game. And if you are working alone or with other people. If you're working with many other people (like in a company), you are all very good and the game is very simple, you're probably done in a week. If you are working alone, trying to make a big game and you are not very experienced (like me 😜) then you are probably going to take years. There are many factors involved, so I can't really give you a conclusive answer.

It usually takes me about a week just to implement a single feature in an MMO. Depending on whether or not the mechanics needed already in place and if I need to create a new management system to handle it, it can take up to 3 weeks.

As mentioned it depends on your skill and how disciplined you are. i know some people that can create a game with the write framework in a week or less. I also know some that it can take months to a year or more. So you have to ask yourself what do i want in a game what do you expect a game to do ???

It depends on many factors. 2D or 3D, type of game, working with others/alone, number of Levels, etc. A very simple game, let's say a tic tac toe can take you a couple of hours.
