How can I get badges ?

hey guys, I downloaded the sololearn app I completed the python course buy still I have only the 'engaged in' badge. do anyone of you know why?

upload some code of your own.. you could answer questions as well as finish courses in other languages to earn more... you can find your badges in the sololearn app under badges, or under profile if you're using a web browser, and look at the requirements to earn them. if you finished the entire python course you should recieve the badge, try finishing the last part again to see if it changed. good luck.

i could not understand the term "badge"....how can i earn that???
