Integrating HTML and CSS with an IDE

Hey guys, not really sure how to practice my HTML and CSS with an IDE. I was using NetBeans for the HTML lessons and really liked it, but not sure where to put my CSS to run it with that.

Alternatively, I use NPP to write HTML and CSS at the same time but then not sure how to run it.

Open the browser and user the developer tools. With NPP you can set your F5 shortcut to be the browser to run the code.
