Take real life situations and try to think of ideas to make that situation right,try new things,play video games (no joke),play strategy games like chess,listen to music (helps!), don't stress yourself too much,at least have a good night sleep and some recreation but not much

Experience (learn the failures from others or yourself).

Example with success you can write a program that reads in an email. With failure you can make that program bulletproof.
