What is the best way to go from beginner to pro? Is there a language learning order? different levels, where to start and finish?

If you want to get a pro, you should learn one language good and not only the simple statements. So you should define one language as your favorit (maybe that can change in future) and use thus language to practice. You'll get a pro in programming and in this one language. After that you can learn an additional language.

I think you must start with HTML and become expert in it and then you can start with expert level CSS and then JavaScript and then you can move to Php and at last bootstrap this is all if you want to start with web development

your best practice will be writing code! you must constantly and zealously practice, remember there was even a saying without difficulty and you would not catch a fish from the pond
