Why we cant be able pit header file i.e- <iostream.h> instead of <iostream>

please be more specific, however it seems like u r on a linux machine,if thats the case then the".h" extension in header file can create an error as its a ms Windows OS convention. using ".h" is outdated also and is not supported now by various conpilers
