Does my code behave oddly on your device? Works fine on PC.

Question

I need help again. On my ZTE the green div is moving (it shouldn't ), one of my clouds is shaking (it shouldn't ), and the background is moving as well (guess what.....it shouldn't either ).

on my mobile nothing is moving. may be something with your device or the os version.

At my phone it's working normally.

@Igor Makarsky it's so hard to code from my phone. I wish codepen had a app. But if they did I'll probably spend most of my time there XD.
