What encouraged u to learn coding?

I'm a gamer, and as far as my memory goes I always enjoyed playing. What really encouraged me to code was the game "Watchdogs" . It was one of the most beautiful games I ever played and really changed my life. What encouraged u to code?

I am 80 years old and learning was all the time a part of my life. When I was young, my father didnt have enough money, because he wanted to built a house for his family and so I had to wait. Later I married and there I had again not enough money and time for visiting a university. But when I retired, that means, when I was 60 years old, I started to study.and became Magister for Nutrition and Doktor in Biochemistry,My grandson showed me last week "sololearn" and I found it very interesting and so I have decsided, to learn all about creating a webside and such things. My English is not very good, but I learned it 60 years ago at a public school. I am quite good in baking cakes and cooking and so I hope, that Ill be succesful in learning how digital things are working

I’m a PhD student studying immunology. I need to know how to code so I can perform customized data analysis workflows. I don’t want to rely on some computer geek to do the computational component of my project for me. I have to become that computer geek so I have full control over my data and know what’s happening and what needs to happen at every step of the analysis. My background is in biology and performing physical “wet lab” experiments. I have no background in computer science or coding up to this point. I’ve realized that computational analysis for academia is extremely powerful and it is the way of the future. Most in my field don’t know anything about computers and prefer conventional wet lab methods. I’m all for using the most powerful tools that we have and working smarter, not harder, so I’ve come to embrace programming. Developing my skills in this field is actually going to be a large portion of my development as an immunologist during my PhD. I’m actually loving it so far. It’s the language of pure logic. What’s not to like? :)

That's the tough one. I don't know. I like to create things and knowledge is the resource that I need to create things.

I am class 11th student . I chose Science (Physics, Chemistry Biology )stream. I am always interested in computer since class 7.. since I introduced to Html. So I opted it in class 11... As a human, I am also surrounded by negative thinkers, they said that I cannot go for computer science.. due to complexity of programming languages..and what you Will do in this.... But my parents support💪 me a lot. I want to perform best in coding, Also coding gives me enjoyness.. to tackle problems😁👍 Also increases my IQ😆

I'm serious😂 I got help with my codes. People were guiding me and explaining things step by step. The only thing that kills my confidence is JavaScript. I've been trying but no results🙈🙈🙈
