Learning about game development

I am planning on involving myself in game development, can the community help me with some of my question: 1. Can anyone recommend me a good place to learn? 2. between unity, unreal engine 4, rpgmaker and blender which one should I learn? or is there any other choice? 3. where can I try to get involve in game development?

I would recommend Unity if you're planning to go with 2D games. but if you're goal is 3D then I would suggest Unreal Engine. There are tutorials on Unreal Engine and Unity Documentation. This answer all your questions.

Unity can also do 3D games, Unreal engine can also do 2D games ^^ Why this choice then ? (I am really asking)

@Baptiste E. Prunier Because unity is lack of tools for 3D games, and Unreal Engine system ( LOD, etc... ) is much better than unity, which mean you'll need to spend money much more on unity because you'll buy tools from the market that already exist in Unreal engine. I never used Unreal engine for 2d games but unity have many good topics.

@Cain Eviatar @Baptiste E. Prunier what about any website that will allow me to participate in non-profit or profit game development... place like codecamp. But code camp if not mistaken only focus on web and software development... I want to try get involve in actual game development once I think I'm ready. Thanks for your answer

Just start learning C# or C++ or even both, and search for tutorials there is a big community out there.
