Is C# language the same as C?

I'm new. I need to learn C programming but here there is a thing called C#. Is it the same as C?

No. C# is similar to JAVA.
They are very-very-different language.

Rather,
C++ is evolvementary language of C.

Unfortunately I know that sololearn does not provide only-C course.
