What are YOU learning to stay relevant or ahead of the game?
With big companies continuing to push more people into coding, the jobs market becomes saturated and our value inherently goes down. Couple that with automation and this industry could look very different in the coming years. In your opinion, What other skills or knowledge should we be looking to possess in the near future to stay at the top of the ladder?

I'm the one automating at my work.
We have less staff with more work. So many of our reports contained redundant code and were very i efficient. I'm creating much more modular and reusable code.
I'm also Regularly looking to learn new skills. Eg one project I'm working on in a relatively new job requires JavaScript and JQuery to really shine. I didn't know this when taking the job but I'm really enjoying learning. Could have just used the product "out of the box", but where's the fun in that đ
