Can I create a game whit python? Or I need other language

yes, you can. Google is using it in some apps, blender is made with python, so yes ;)

An example of game using python is pychess (chess game). As it is an open source game, you can download the source code. But it's difficult to understand...

Yes, you can definitely create games with Python. PyGame and Panda3D are example frameworks designed for that purpose. :)
