How to test my server site written in macromedia dreamever using wampserver.

when I preview it does not return the expected php result

what url you use to access. I use xammp it is simplest and best although use localhost it is default for PHP local server. like
http://localhost
if it does not work please explain your problem what did you get

or place the php in the right area???
