(logically)Actual sum of A+B = binary sum + carry
proper syntax of adding sum nd carry uses shifting as @Gwaen Stasy has shown
binary sum= A (xor) B
carry =A (AND) B
in c, c++, Python symbol for AND = &, XOR = ^
