you should check the updates section on the app store, and verify it with the details of sololearn. if things not the Same, then it might be problem with your IPhone, with there being a too old IOS version for the update.

I am having a similar problem I cannot find the factory anywhere. I have an iPhone and have updated, deleted, and reinstalled the app and still do not see the factory.
