Coding challenges -- mastering them.

Those that have been winning coding challenges consecutively, how do you go about practicing /reviewing prior to engaging in the challenge? Additionally, what the "winning challenges with one weapon " all about? what can a newbie expect of their first challenge?

This thread talks about what challenges are about. You may also check out our FAQ. www.sololearn.com/faq https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/585759/?ref=app As for how people get good at it, well, it's all about repetition. Some challenges can be pretty frustrating. :> https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/650225/?ref=app

Challenges in SoloLearn focus on a limited number of concepts which are included in the tutorial. If you have a good grasp of them, winning is easy. Reviewing previous questions will help you grasp those concepts. Winning challenges using 1 weapon means winning using 1 language. For example winning 50 HTML challenges will give you epic badge. But no problem if you play JavaScript at the same time. When I was a newbie, I lost my first challenge 3:5. It was in HTML. You can expect the same, or better.
